Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the SIVE platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

SIVE may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days' advance notice by email or by a prominent notice within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Curated Membership

You must be at least 21 years of age to use SIVE. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

No paid tier. SIVE does not sell membership, paid plans, in-app credits, or upgrades. Access is merit-based via invitation, verification, and admin review. Any future change to this model will be communicated in advance under the change-notice provisions of these Terms.

SIVE is a private, invitation-led hospitality network operated under UAE law. Membership is granted against curation criteria including verified identity, social context, and fit with the network; it is not a right and acceptance is never guaranteed. The phrase "Ladies First" describes the curation focus of the network — it is not an exclusion criterion, and applications from all eligible adults are accepted and reviewed under the same lawful, non-discriminatory standards required by applicable UAE law and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Where an application is declined, the decision is recorded in SIVE's admin audit trail with a reason code and the applicant may request a review by writing to support@joinsive.com.

Nature of the Service. SIVE is a private hospitality access network. It is not a dating, matchmaking, escort, paid-companionship, hookup, introduction-for-payment, or transactional service. SIVE does not host, broker, facilitate, advertise, or take any commercial fee in connection with any romantic, sexual, or paid-companionship arrangement between members, hosts, venue staff, or any third party — including any exchange of money, gifts, travel, accommodation, or other consideration for romantic, sexual, or social attention. Any attempt to use the Platform for such purposes is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate removal under §4.

3. Account & Verification

All SIVE accounts are subject to manual review and approval. We reserve the right to:

• Approve, reject, or revoke membership applications against the curation criteria in §2, with each decision recorded in our admin audit trail and open to review on request to support@joinsive.com
• Request additional verification (such as ID verification or social media confirmation)
• Remove or suspend accounts to protect community quality and safety

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Member Rules & Prohibited Use

SIVE is a curated social network, not a transactional one. As a SIVE member, you agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity, including any conduct that contravenes UAE law
• Engage in any solicitation, paid intimate or sexual services, or any unlawful or unauthorised commercial arrangement — including any exchange of money, gifts, travel, accommodation, or other consideration for romantic, sexual, or social attention
• Use the Platform as a dating, matchmaking, hookup, or introduction-for-payment service
• Solicit or accept tips, gifts, payments, or sponsorships from other members in connection with attendance, conversation, friendship, or any in-app interaction
• Harass, threaten, coerce, stalk, blackmail, or abuse other members, hosts, venue staff, or third parties
• Exploit, coerce, or take unfair advantage of any other member, host, venue staff member, or third party
• Impersonate others, create fake or misleading profiles, or misrepresent age, identity, marital status, or profession
• Share, upload, or request obscene, unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative, defamatory, hateful, or non-consensual content
• Photograph, record, screenshot, or share images, audio, video, messages, or any other private content of other members or events without the explicit consent of every person involved
• Attempt to access others' accounts, scrape member data, bypass identity verification, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measure
• Use the Platform for unauthorised commercial purposes, including unsolicited promotion, recruitment, advertising, or marketing of third-party products or services

SIVE is a private hospitality access platform. Members must use the Platform only for lawful, respectful, social, and hospitality-related purposes. Any solicitation, coercion, exploitation, harassment, unsafe conduct, privacy violation, or unauthorised commercial activity may result in removal or suspension.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any pending event seats, and — where the conduct involves suspected illegal activity — referral to UAE authorities. Suspension and termination decisions are recorded in SIVE's admin audit trail with a reason code and are open to manual review on written request to support@joinsive.com.

5. Content & Photos

By uploading photos or other content to SIVE, you:

• Confirm you own the rights to share that content
• Grant SIVE a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process the content for Platform operations
• Acknowledge that SIVE may remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines

6. Events & Information Disclaimer

SIVE provides access to event invitations and information. However:

• Event details (venue, time, dress code) may change at the discretion of event organizers
• Venues reserve the right to set their own entry policies; SIVE does not guarantee entry to any event
• SIVE is not responsible for experiences, incidents, or outcomes at third-party venues

7. Termination

SIVE may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms or community guidelines
• Your behavior poses a risk to community safety or quality
• Required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons

You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIVE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
